A dealership-level view is now available to see all changes made to customer records. The dealership-level allows users to:
- See a chronological view of customer changes
- Filter results by user
- Filter results by date range
- Know where changes are being made from
- Keep track of which fields change and previous data

To access Customer Change History, click the Customers drop down from the CRM navigation bar and then Customer Change History.
