Product News: Customer Record Change History Now Available

A dealership-level view is now available to see all changes made to customer records. The dealership-level allows users to:

  • See a chronological view of customer changes
  • Filter results by user
  • Filter results by date range
  • Know where changes are being made from
  • Keep track of which fields change and previous data

To access Customer Change History, click the Customers drop down from the CRM navigation bar and then Customer Change History.

Feature Updates for Insight Reports and Dashboards

Dealers can now experience enhanced visualizations when using CRM Insights in VinSolutions CRM.

The following enhancements have been made to enable dealers to better review key dealership data and insights:

  • The ability to choose white, gray, light blue, or black color themes
  • Updated report header with improved formatting
  • Saved versions now display the user-created report name more prominently
  • Easily identify a VinSolutions CRM report by the VinSolutions logo in the upper left
  • System Reports and Dashboards have been improved with easily distinguishable sections and more color for visual appeal

Mobile Manager Override

With Mobile Manager Override, VinSolutions CRM app users can: 

  • Reduce duplicate customer record creation 
  • Request ownership of existing customer records

Push notifications allow managers to oversee what’s being created in the mobile customer record without having to be in front of a desktop computer.
